The drinks taste amazing, and the protein waffles are delicious! I get the teas for my midday pick-me-up. They even have drink options for kids that are hydrating and caffeine free.

I stopped by yesterday for the first time & their energizing tea was delicious. It was much needed, due to the long drive I had ahead of me back home to the central coast. Also their customer service was awesome. Will be stopping by again soon. I highly recommend them!

I was close by to this coffee shop and needed a quick boost to run my errands and boy was I surprised. They are more health, conscious with their coffee and beverages and I tried the protein coffee. It was amazing. The fact that it was health conscious and sweetened with Stevia and protein made it more satisfying. I will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend you guys try this place.

Just tried this place out for the first time and my wife and I enjoy it. We’ve been eyeballing this place for a long time because we are in the area quite a bit and build some curiosity. The inside looks clean and the people there are awesome. The donuts are next!

"this is healthy?" yeah, it definitely is. pleasantly surprised by the types of protein shakes you can get, with flavors you dont normally associate with health/nutrition (fried oreo, vanila shake etc.). their baked selections good too. this is a great place for a general smoothie, workout or not.

Very much a fan! The drinks are amazing from the protein chai coffee and shakes to all the tea's. The protein doughnuts and oats are always delicious in every flavor I have tried. The owner Mel has created something truly wonderful here! I can't wait for the specials menu to return. As if you needed another reason to come visit lol.

So you know that terrible feeling you have after eating a donut? Like you ate something with zero nutritional value and you just sacrificed your health consciousness to a lapse in willpower. My mind was expecting to feel that way after eating this delicious protein donut Mel was just pulling out of the oven as I walked in (at 1pm, 6 hours after most donut shops stop making fresh donuts). But, it tasted warm and not too sweet, had probably 30 times the protein in it as a conventional donut and I felt like it was made just for me, it was the right size and I'm not going to have to crank out an extra 3,000 steps to account for it. Well, to make a long story not too long, I have never felt better about eating a donut in my entire life. I could go on but just swing by and try it out yourself.

Somehow it's been there for a year and I'm just now trying it this morning. Got a Snickers Donut (had to eat it with a knife and fork because it is dense!) and a Beach Please tea. Both f'n DELICIOUS! The owners are super friendly and helpful and they guaranteed I would "feel great today" - so far they're correct. 10/10 would recommend!
